"The Difference Makers, also known as our 'Salt Shakers,' are exceptional individuals who extend their influence beyond the boundaries of their families, actively engaging in our society. These dedicated professionals employ their compassion and wisdom to address issues that affect not only our youth but also middle-aged and elderly individuals. We firmly believe that life's challenges and injustices do not discriminate, and neither do we.

Our unwavering commitment is to ensure that no one is left behind. We believe that no one's age, race, gender, nationality, religious affiliation, disability, sexual orientation, or social and economic status should be a barrier to accessing life-sustaining assistance and resources.

Through their involvement in SALT, participants transform their lives and become agents of positive change in their communities, eventually evolving into 'Salt Shakers' themselves. Our services encompass consulting, social services assistance, and dedicated advocacy for both adults and teens."
