About Us

Welcome to the SALT Sustaining Adults and Lionhearted Teens Inc. family, where we are more than just a team – we are a collective of minds, a diverse blend of family and friends, much like salt shakers sprinkled throughout our communities. Our members include experienced and degreed individuals, both civilians and veterans, each representing various walks of life.

At SALT, our shared vision is to assemble a group of Difference Makers devoted to nurturing, informing, refining, and restoring each SALT participant. Our mission is to assist them in reconnecting  or connecting themselves with self, their families, and their communities. Our ultimate goal is to offer knowledge, resources, and services that enhance the quality of life for anyone seeking our assistance.

For us, quality of life means more joy than pain, more mercy and grace than condemnation and guilt, more meaningful work than empty labor, more personal pride than self-pity, and above all, more love than hate.

SALT stands out through its unique approach. We extend our hands not merely to give but to uplift our participants. We firmly believe in the attainability of self-sustenance because we recognize the inherent value and worth within every individual. All it takes is a bit of SALT.

Join us on this transformative journey, where positive, uplifting, and sustainable changes await those seeking purpose,  a plan and guidance. Our commitment reaches beyond local boundaries, reaching individuals in our immediate community and across distant shores.
