All orders are processed within 23 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship via various methods, selecting the most cost-effective option without compromising the quality of service. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Estimated delivery times and carriers will be provided at checkout.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

5. Damages
SALT Sustaining Adults & Lionhearted Teens INC. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses and P.O. Boxes
SALT Sustaining Adults & Lionhearted Teens INC. is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
