    Effective Date: Shipping Date

     

     1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
    • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

     

     2. Nonreturnable Items

    • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants.
    • Custom or personalized items.
    • Gift cards.
    • Downloadable software products.
    • Health and personal care items.

     

     3. Return Process

    • Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
