Return Policy

 1. Eligibility for Returns
•    Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
•    Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
•    Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

 2. Nonreturnable Items
•    Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants.
•    Custom or personalized items.
•    Gift cards.
•    Downloadable software products.
•    Health and personal care items.

 3. Return Process
•    To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at [Insert Contact Information] with your order number and reason for the return.
•    Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
•    Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number inside the package.
•    Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

 4. Shipping Costs
•    Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
•    We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 5. Refunds
•    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
•    If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
•    If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.

 6. Exchanges
•    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact our customer service team.

 7. Restocking Fee
 A restocking fee of 20% may apply for returns that are not due to our error.

 8. Final Sale Items
Sale items or items purchased with a discount are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 9. Changes to the Return Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

All orders are processed within 23 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship via various methods, selecting the most cost-effective option without compromising the quality of service. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Estimated delivery times and carriers will be provided at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SALT Sustaining Adults & Lionhearted Teens INC. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer's responsibility.

5. Damages

SALT Sustaining Adults & Lionhearted Teens INC. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping Policy

If requested, we will ship outside the United States; please contact us for details.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses and P.O. Boxes

SALT Sustaining Adults & Lionhearted Teens INC. is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
